KIADB is known all over for its efficient and expeditious acquisition of lands for industrial and infrastructure purposes that are well designed as industrial layouts in Karnataka with all infrastructure facilities and other civic amenities for promoting industries in the state.
KIADB so far has developed around 160 Industrial Areas spread across different Districts in Karnataka covering an extent of 76,136 acres, Besides, KIADB has also acquired land for nearly 473 Single Unit Complexes covering around 73,288 Acres ensuring balanced industrial development in all regions with well thought out infrastructures and unique features.
In order to attract investments in these industrial areas and knowing our domain expertise, KIADB approached us to make a comprehensive study of prevailing infrastructure in all the industrial areas covering Electrical & Water sources and conservation, architectural services, Roads and Drains etc, complete covering all the Civic amenities. The DPR was presented for implementation by KIADB.
